Aditi believes in championing client priorities as the compass for growth. She thrives most when immersed in direct client dialogue. 

Aditi holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts.  

After her graduation, Aditi worked for three years in Business Consulting in New York City, NY at SVAM International. As a Business Analyst at SVAM, Aditi was involved in gathering client requirements, ongoing relationship management and research & document creation to support client needs. 

With her experience in client engagement,  Aditi will take a lead in driving various client outreach initiatives and programs for ThreeFish.  

A trained Kathak danseuse and theatre artist, Aditi enjoys performing. She also enjoys reading, travelling, and hosting friends and family.
