As Consultant at ThreeFish Consulting, Anupriya manages relationships with key clients and supports them with their Hogan related needs.

Having started her career with academics as a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering, Anupriya later joined an Industry Body of Indian Power Sector PSUs, where she worked on various projects in areas of Business Excellence, HR Analytics, Competency Mapping, Training and Development, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement and Pay Revision for Indian Power Sector PSUs. Anupriya has also published compendiums on Employee Surveys, Training Policies, CSR, Competency Mapping and MoUs for member organisations. She also edited ‘PowerPeople’, a quarterly journal for member organizations.

Anupriya is a management professional with over 10 years of work experience across academia and the corporate sector. She graduated in Electrical Engineering from IP University, and then completed her Post Graduation in Management with specialization in HR and Operations Management. She is also a certified ‘Lean Six Sigma Green Belt’ in HR Analytics by SHRM.

Anupriya loves travelling and photography – nature is what drives these passions. She is also an avid reader.
