Manisha believes that there is latent potential to be found in every individual and organization, and her drive to access and unleash this potential powers her journey as a trainer, facilitator, consultant, and coach. As an Associate Partner with ThreeFish Consulting, Manisha leads the Learning Solutions portfolio.

Manisha built a successful business in training, with a focus on building leadership capabilities of mid to senior level leaders in Indian and multinational organizations in India. She has approached leadership learning holistically, building mastery in leading self, people and business as the three pivots.  As a coach, she brings awareness, deep listening, and core belief in future possibilities for each person in her conversations.

Early in her career, Manisha has worked with organizations like The Times of India Group and Zenith Computers. For over two decades, she has trained and coached leaders across IT, Services, Manufacturing and Hospitality sectors. Her client list features names like Kohler, Wurth, Flipkart, Murugappa, Bosch, Pidilite, Volkswagen, Bharat Forge, Tata Group, Vodafone, JEEP, Essar, Bekaert India, PI Industries, Mercedes Benz R&D India, SMBC to name a few.

Manisha is an ICF certified ACC Coach, Marshal Goldsmith’s Certified Leadership Coach and Advanced Certified practitioner of Hogan Assessments and other Psychometric Instruments. She holds an MBA in Marketing, Diploma in Organizational Studies (IME & IMDR) and BA (Psychology & English).

A bookworm, and an avid cook, Manisha also loves the art of wrapping gifts beautifully.
