As Senior Consultant with ThreeFish Consulting, Meha manages the Hogan Assessments product portfolio and Talent Consulting services.

Meha has 15+ years of experience working in the US and India across Oil & Gas, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors. Over the years, she has worked in talent management, learning and organizational development. She partnered with business leaders to lead end – to – end employee lifecycle, digital HR transformation for L&D business service at enterprise level, designed processes for optimal delivery of learning solutions, developed and implemented assessment centres and spearheaded executive assessments for development and selection.

Meha has a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas and an MBA with specialization in Human Resources from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. She has also completed an Executive Development Program Certification in Digital HR Transformation & AI – Driven HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Meha is a trained Kathak dancer, enjoys travelling and indulging in different cuisines, and loves baking too. She also likes to read and listen to podcasts.
