Rishi is passionate about creating value – across people, businesses and organizations. As the Vice President for Growth and Consulting at ThreeFish, Rishi focuses on growing the Hogan distribution and talent consulting practices.

He brings nearly 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience from leading IT organizations such as Thomson, STMicroelectronics, Honeywell, Concentrix, and Global Payments, working in HR Transformation, Talent Acquisition and Management, Change Management, Coaching, and Leadership Assessment and Development. Rishi also has expertise in setting up start-up operations for IT product and services companies in diversified domains, and managing global stakeholders across locations in India, USA, Europe and Asia. Business Transformation and Growth have been the two anchors of his career.

Rishi is certified in Hogan Assessments, an ICF Certified Leadership Coach. He also has a Situational Leadership – II Certification from Singapore. He completed his MBA from Amity University, Noida, and has a B.Sc. from Delhi University.

Rishi loves travelling and is a devoted foodie – so exploring food across places and cultures, is a passion. He also loves reading – people, places and cultures are his favourite genres.
