As a psychologist, Shweta wanted to work with people and bring meaningful, productive change in their lives. While she always interested in personality, organizational behavior and human resources; the COVID-19 pandemic ignited her passion for mental health. This led her to Lissun, India’s leading mental health platform. After gaining more in-depth experience as a psychologist, Shweta was looking for an opportunity where she could combine her desire to create impact on a larger scale with her expertise in psychology. Shweta feels like she has come full circle at ThreeFish Consulting.

As an Associate Consultant, with her experience and in-depth understanding of psychological assessments, Shweta complements our consulting team in providing Leadership Assessment services to clients.

Shweta holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Honors) from Delhi University.

Shweta enjoys art, literature, and traveling to explore new horizons.
