As Executive Coach & Consultant with ThreeFish Consulting, Vas coaches and provides Hogan Feedback to leaders at client organizations. An innovative Executive Coach with strong vision and communication skills, Vas has over 25 years of experience in technology and manufacturing industries.

Vas has extensive international experience covering North America, Europe and Asia – Pacific, and spent more than two decades in the US. He has significant experience in Product Management/Marketing, International Sales, Strategy, Manufacturing (Aero/Auto/Metal) and M&A. He was also part of a start – up in Silicon Valley where he helped to raise $10 million in funding and helped the company to go public.

Vas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India, Masters of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Miami and M.B.A. from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Vas is accredited as CEO Coach by Coaching Foundation India (CFI). He also holds Hogan advanced interpretation certification and uses Hogan tools for personality – based leadership development and Executive Coaching.

Vas enjoys playing badminton, working out in the gym, traveling and reading.
