As Director – Assessments & Consulting with ThreeFish Consulting, Vinita leads the Assessments product portfolio and Talent Consulting services.

She has 25+ years of rich experience in human resources, leadership & organization development, training, facilitation and coaching in the corporate and education sectors.

She has worked in senior leadership positions and has provided advisory services across business sectors ranging from Pharma, IT, ITES, BFSI, Infrastructure and Education; and companies ranging from start – ups through large multinationals. She enjoys the challenges of setting up systems and processes, having set up and led HR and Training departments from scratch.

As an Independent Consultant, she has worked with clients on creating and implementing talent management practices, employee lifecycle transition milestones, employee engagement initiatives, senior leadership recruitment, succession planning programs, mentoring, driving performance management processes. As a facilitator with experience in content development, process design and training delivery, she has facilitated several workshops on skill development, performance management, career mapping etc. As the mentor for her family – owned school, Vinita spearheaded overall growth, also facilitating several organizational effectiveness and development initiatives. She has also worked as a Teacher Facilitator with one of the UK’s renowned chain of preschools.

A Hogan Certified coach, Vinita enables leaders to reflect on their leadership style and be the best they can be. She completed her Post Graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has an M.A in Sociology from Mumbai University. Alongwith PCMM and MBTI certifications, she is also certified in Consultation Skills from Peter Block Institute, and Personal Effectiveness certification based on Steven Covey’s 7 Habits.

Passionate about health and wellness, Vinita is an evangelist for ‘oil-free’ cooking. She also loves traveling – always looking for a new experience.
