7th May: At ThreeFish, we have always enjoyed learning from our Hogan Graduate Community, how they are creatively, and sometimes uniquely, using Hogan in their coaching and consulting work. In our endeavour to become the “force multiplier” and spread this knowledge wider, we launched the Connect & Share series this year EXCLUSIVELY for our Hogan Practitioners Network. The first session was facilitated by Urvashi and Suva of Reflexion. They shared how they use group analysis of Hogan scores to build awareness and team effectiveness. They also shared tips on how to make the session interactive, engaging, and “keeping it light”. We are grateful to Urvashi and Suva for generously sharing their practices and their learnings, in the spirit of community learning. The next session is planned for 5th November.
