Combining the Hogan 360 with the Hogan personality assessments captures the complete person. The 360 captures the ‘what’ (i.e. a person’s performance and reputation at a given point in time) and the personality assessments explain the ‘why’ (i.e. why certain behaviours are being displayed). This combination is the most efficient and cost-effective measurement of leadership effectiveness.

Leadership drives impact. There is a direct relationship in leadership driving engagement and engagement driving performance. 360o feedback surveys have for long been used as a tool for measuring a leader’s behavior and performance. A growing trend when using 360o assessments is to look for a return on investment. This can be measured by individual and team performance and ultimately by employee engagement.

The Hogan 360o powered by Peter Berry Consultancy, is designed to help career-minded individuals and leaders at any level of an organization gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others.
