The Hogan 360o report uses an easy-to-interpret framework to provide a real-time look at an individual’s attitude, behavior, and performance. Commonly used for development purposes, the report offers constructive feedback and sets priorities for improvement.
The multi-rater instrument measures leadership effectiveness through the following Hogan 360o Leadership Model –
- Self-Management – This refers to personal awareness, self-regulation, resilience and integrity
- Relationship Management – This refers to the ability to achieve better results through better relationships. It is about getting along with others order to get ahead
- Working in the Business – This refers to having the experience, capability and efficiency to consistently deliver great results. It requires having energy, passion and competitive drive to stay in the performance zone

There 14 leadership competencies assessed through 50 scaled items on a 7-point rating scale. There are three open-ended questions focusing on strengths, opportunities, and overused strengths.
