A large Indian MNC was running a year long leadership development program in partnership with a renowned US Business School for a group of their High Potential leaders selected from across their businesses. ThreeFish Consulting added value to the program with a customized program to build strategic self-awareness and personal vision, to better prepare the leaders for their developmental journey and accelerate their transition in their new roles in the organization. The program culminated in a personality reflection session by Dr. Pradnya Parasher, which helped the leaders create the critical link between their Personality and Personal Vision. Based on Hogan, the session helped connect the dots between the leaders’ Personality – ‘Who am I;’ with their Personal Leadership Vision – ‘Where I want to go’, and ‘How I want to lead’. Hogan analysis created powerful insights that will support their leadership journey.
