ThreeFish 360° Survey is a leadership assessment tool designed with expert judgment. The multi-rater survey provides insights into critical leadership behaviours and how other’s perceive leadership performance. 360° feedback surveys provide comprehensive assessments, encourage open communication and improve leadership styles.

The feedback survey offers simplified and valuable information of perceived strengths, blind spots, and areas of improvement to support targeted leadership development and impactful growth. The report features gap analysis of scores from different rater groups, detailed competency results and subjective comments. This is followed by debrief of report to the participant to convert 360° feedback into actionable insights and help them craft targeted development plans.

ThreeFish 360° Survey is an online assessment of the Leadership competencies through 45 items. It takes 15-20 minutes to complete the assessment.
