The Hogan 360° Survey helps leaders see that story more clearly. It captures how a leader is experienced by those around them, including managers, peers, and team members, and translates that feedback into a meaningful, structured report.
 
Hogan 360 leadership model measures Business and Behavioral  competencies. 14 competencies are organized under 4 Quadrants – Self-ManagementRelationship ManagementWorking in the Business and Working on the Business.
 
Being globally benchmarked and available in multiple languages, the Hogan 360° allows organizations to use it across diverse teams and geographies with consistency and cultural relevance. For larger groups, it offers cohort-level insights that reveal collective leadership strengths and areas of opportunity, supporting a deeper understanding of organizational performance trends.
