Inculcating appropriate leadership behaviors for success through Executive Coaching

ThreeFish Consulting completed an extensive three-phase Executive Coaching Program for senior leaders of a multinational company. The goal was to inculcate appropriate leadership behaviors for success by coaching leaders to their full potential and support their learning in action. From Preparation through Insight and Development Planning, to Transformation and Growth – the 11-month long journey had the leaders taking regular review & reflection sessions with their coaches and reviewing their progress on identified goals, challenges and action planning for the next month – accompanied by check-ins with their managers on progress. This journey provided a safe space to the participants for developing their personal vision and roadmap.
