Based on the Domain Model of Leadership (Hogan and Warrenfeltz 2003), ThreeFish’s Leadership 360 Survey provides feedback and insights to leaders on FOUR domains of leadership behaviours :
- Self Management which is about self-discipline, internalised standards of performance, and the ability to regulate and control emotions and behaviour
- Relationship Management that relates to initiating, building, and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of people
- Leadership which is about building and maintaining effective teams; motivating a team; developing, projecting and promoting a vision for the team, and engaging the team in achieving results
- Professional that concerns setting and maintaining standards and systems; innovating and thinking outside the square; keeping team members focused, and the business moving forward
The four domains are measured through 10 leadership competencies, 40 multiple-choice questions and feedforward sections. The online survey is robust, with strong reliability and construct validity. Leadership 360 report includes a global Benchmark of top 20% leaders in the 80th percentile, normed using data of a cross-section of about 1200 leaders from private as well as public organizations globally.
When used with Hogan Personality Assessments, leaders can have a complete view of how they are showing up in their organization/role context and why they are showing up the way they do.
