Self Awareness is the building block of every individual development journey. Being aware of our potential strengths and development areas provides the key to leveraging them to achieve our career goals. ThreeFish curated a development journey for an international BFSI client, who had embarked on the journey by creating strategic self-awareness for leaders using i) Hogan Assessments (HPI-day to day strengths & watchouts, HDS-under stress derailers, MVPI-values), ii) Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) – how one makes decisions and iii) Customised 360 assessment using organization competency framework. While the Hogan Assessments provided the insight on leadership potential; the 360 results provided insight on behaviors displayed at the workplace and helped to identify individual strengths and development areas. The Individual Development Plans (IDPs) which resulted, would power the success of the leaders in their journey forward.
