ThreeFish Leadership 360

Leadership is a journey and Threefish understands every leader is in the process of writing their own leadership story – but is this based on fantasy or reality? One way we help leaders distinguish between “what I think of me” and “what you think of me” is to get honest and objective feedback from others.

Based on the Domain Model of Leadership (Hogan and Warrenfeltz 2003), ThreeFish’s Leadership 360 Survey provides feedback and insights to leaders on FOUR domains of leadership behaviours :

  • Self Management which is about self-discipline, internalised standards of performance, and the ability to regulate and control emotions and behaviour
  • Relationship Management that relates to initiating, building, and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of people
  • Leadership which is about building and maintaining effective teams; motivating a team; developing, projecting and promoting a vision for the team, and engaging the team in achieving results
  • Professional that concerns setting and maintaining standards and systems; innovating and thinking outside the square; keeping team members focused, and the business moving forward

The four domains are measured through 10 leadership competencies, 40 multiple-choice questions and feedforward sections. The online survey is robust, with strong reliability and construct validity. Leadership 360 report includes a global Benchmark of top 20% leaders in the 80th percentile, normed using data of a cross-section of about 1200 leaders from private as well as public organizations globally.

When used with Hogan Personality Assessments, leaders can have a complete view of how they are showing up in their organization/role context and why they are showing up the way they do.
